Happily Ever After

Uncategorized

This series examines the Happily Ever After of marriage and childbearing. Heather wanted to do a “trash the dress” style concept after having Irish TRIPLETS in her early 40s. Shortly after having her first son, she gave birth to twins. Her wish to capture the cataclysmic shift in her life since the day she wore her wedding dress was really intriguing to me. She especially wanted to remember her individuality and talents, which can drown in the chaos of raising three little ones.

The shoot was taken in August 2015 at Scot and Jill Paterson’s farm in Woodward, Pennsylvania. We are both friends with the family and loved the bucolic, gentle landscape of the place.
